The most bang for your gym time!

Get the most out of your training time! If strength training builds muscle & bone mass (which increases metabolism), why do people spend all their time on the treadmill? I'll tell you why; because it's easier, doesn't cause soreness, and because most don't know how to train properly. If you want to make progress, but don't know how to train goal oriented get some help from a professional trainer. You must CHANGE your thoughts to change your health!
